Welcome to 321 Home inspector – the premier home inspection company in Brevard County. My name is Sean Holloway, Certified Professional Inspector by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and professionally licensed by the state of Florida.
I spent 8 years in The U.S. Army where I received my certificate of Building Science Principles from the Building Performance Institute. I have also been in the construction industry since 1995, which has given me experience that can’t be taught in a book – but has to be lived. I have been involved in all phases of construction during that time, from the foundation and framing right down to the roof and finishes as I worked as a custom home builder.
Not only do I know how a house works – but I teach it professionally. I served five years as an instructor at the college level teaching courses such as electrical theory, hydraulics and pneumatics, basic physics, shop math, technical drawings, and materials and processes. I am also a licensed pilot and aircraft mechanic with an aircraft inspection authorization from the FAA.
